2018 U.S. Open Internship – Credentialing Short Term
Location: USGA Headquarters- Liberty Corner Campus
Position Timeframe: Part-Time, April 2, 2018 through June 1, 2018

The 118th U.S. Open Championship will be held at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, which is a golf course in the northeast United States, located in Southampton, New York, 90 miles east of New York City. The 2018 U.S. Open will mark the fifth time the course has hosted the national championship.
What You Can Expect:
A short-term intern is needed for a Part-Time Internship from the beginning of April – through the end of May to work in the U.S. Open Admissions Office in Far Hills, NJ. (Please note that housing is not provided for interns in Far Hills, NJ)
The purpose of the position is to learn and assist with all aspects of the U.S. Open credentialing function including production, cropping photos, verification and shipping.
Additional duties include:
- Assist the admissions office with day to day functions
- Assist with special projects, mailings and some data entry
- Help with the ticket and credential fulfillment for all USGA Staff
