Claimed his second U.S. Senior Open last July with a two-stroke victory over Kirk Triplett at Salem Country  in Peabody, Mass. The victory earned Perry an exemption into the 2018 U.S. Open. It also was his fourth senior major championship. He also won the 2013 U.S. Senior Open at Omaha (Neb.) Country Club by five strokes. On the regular PGA Tour, Perry amassed 14 victories. Since turning 50 and joining the PGA Tour Champions, the Kentucky native has registered nine titles. His best U.S. Open finish in 13 previous appearances is a tie for third in 2003 at Olympia Fields (Ill.) Country Club.
