Qualified for his second U.S. Open by shooting 12-under 132 in the Surrey, England, sectional at Walton Heath Golf Club. Levy was born in Orange, Calif., to French parents. Both his father and mother are pharmacists. The family moved back to France when Levy was 4 years old. When he was 14, Levy joined the French Federation of Golf's academy for secondary school. He turned professional in 2011 and owns four European Tour victories, the last coming in the 2017 Volvo China Open, the same even where he collected his maiden European Tour victory three years earlier. Tied for 27th in his lone U.S. Open start in 2015 at Chambers Bay. Also represented France in the World Amateur Team Championship in 2009.
