Owns four European Tour victories, including the 2008 Barclays Scottish Open.

Helped Great Britain and Ireland win the 2001 Walker Cup Match.

Turned pro in 2002 and won his first title in just his fourth start on the European Tour (Scandinavian Masters). Confirmed strong start to career by finishing sixth in Order of Merit in 2004.
