As a rookie in 2004, Palmer won the PGA Tour event at Walt Disney World, and has followed up that victory with two other triumphs; also has a win on the Nationwide Tour in 2003; despite losing a 12-hole playoff to Zack Fischer in sectional qualifying, Palmer made it into the 2013 U.S. Open field as an alternate; started college career at University of North Texas before transferring to Texas A&M; lone top 10 in a major came at 2011 Masters, where he finished 10th;
