Johnson suffered a disappointing finish in the 115th U.S. Open at Chambers Bay when he three-putted the 72nd green to lose to Jordan Spieth by one stroke. He won the 2015 WGC-Cadillac Championship at Doral for his ninth victory on the PGA Tour. In 2010 at Pebble Beach, Johnson led the 2010 U.S. Open through 54 holes before finishing eighth; he has 11 top-10 finishes in major championships. He represented the USA on the victorious 2007 Walker Cup Team and was also a member of the 2010 and 2012 U.S. Ryder Cup teams and 2011 and 2015 USA Presidents Cup teams. Johnson is known as one of the longest hitters in the game, and is the first player since Tiger Woods to win in each of his first eight seasons on the PGA Tour.
