The University of California-Berkeley product wll return to Oakmont, where he tied for 49th in 2016. Hahn posted 10-under 132 at Bent Tree Country Club to earn one of the seven available spots. While he was born in the Republic of Korea, he was raised in Alameda, Calif., and he turned professional after graduating from Cal in 2003. He worked his way up from the Gateway, Canadian and Korn Ferry tours to eventually play the PGA Tour. Two of his five professional wins have come on the PGA Tour: the 2016 Wells Fargo Championship and the 2015 Northern Trust Open, both in playoffs. He also lost a playoff to Patton Kazzire in the 2018 Sony Open in Hawaii. He captured the 2012 Rex Hospital Open on the Korn Ferry Tour in a playoff.
