The Swede will tee it up in his first U.S. Open after shooting 8-under 136 at Walton Heath Golf Club. Dantorp owns 12 worldwide professional victories, three coming on the European Challenge Tour, including the 2022 Challenge de España. He also has eight victories in the Nordic Golf League, topping the circuit's Order of Merit in 2011. His best DP Tour finish came two days before final qualifying at the Soudal Open in Belgium, where he was the runner-up to countryman Simon Forsström.
