F-21: Top 60 points leaders in the Official World Golf Ranking as of May 19
Hughes will be making his eighth U.S. Open start after getting inside the top 60 of the Official World Golf Ranking as of May 19. He currently owns two PGA Tour victories: the 2016 RSM Classic in a playoff over Blayne Barber, Billy Horschel, Henrik Norlander and Camilo Villegas, and the 2022 Sanderson Farms Championship in a playoff over Sepp Straka. He also won the 2016 Price Cutter Charity Classic on the Web.com Tour (now Korn Ferry Tour), and he owns one PGA Tour Canada victory. A former member of Team Canada, Hughes won the 2011 and 2012 Canadian Amateur titles. He played at Kent State and won the 2011 Mid-America Conference individual title. He also represented Canada in the 2012 World Amateur Team Championship.
