The South African will make his U.S. Open debut after advancing from a 6-for-3 playoff at the England qualifier. Kruyswijk competes on both the DP World Tour and the Sunshine Tour. He also competed on the European Challente Tour and Big Easy Tour in South Africa. He owns 12 professional victories, but just one on the DP World Tour: the 2025 Magical Kenya Open. He also claimed the 2023 Dommy Open on the European Challenge Tour. He turned professional in 2013.
