The Malone University graduate will play in his second U.S. Open after posting 7-under 137 at Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club. Lower's two professional victories have come at the Ohio Open, in 2012 and 2015. At Malone University, he won the 2010 NAIA national title. In 2019, he lost a playoff to Vince Covella at the Korn Ferry Tour's Chitimacha Louisiana Open. In 2024, he tied for third at the Mexico Open at Vidanta and shared fourth at the Corales Puntacana Championship. Earlier this year, he tied for third in The American Express Championship.
