The former University of Georgia standout will make his U.S. Open debut after garnering one of the seven spots in the Durham, N.C., final qualifier. Owns just one top-10 finish in 2025 on the Korn Ferry Tour, a share of eighth in the AdventHealth Championship. His older brother, Trevor, also played golf at Georgia and sometimes caddies for Trent. At Georgia, the left-hander became the Bulldogs' fifth four-time All-American, joining the likes of Harris English, Russell Henley, Kevin Kisner and Brendon Todd. Won three times in his Georgia career. Posted a program-best 70.35 career scoring average. In 2021, he won the Sunnehanna Amateur, and qualified for match play in three U.S. Amateurs, the last in 2021 at Oakmont C.C.
