Grant will make his first U.S. Open start after advancing through final qualifying in Dallas, Texas. His best finish this season on the PGA Tour is a tie for eighth in the Corales Puntacana Championship. His lone professional win to date is the 2022 Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation on the Korn Ferry Tour. As an amateur, Grant once shot a 63 as a solo side in a U.S. Amateur Four-Ball qualifier in 2014 in Hawaii. Grant's partner was called away to work that day. He was born in Jacksonville, Fla., but spent a good portion of his childhood in Hawaii. He started his professional career on the Golden State Tour in California in 2018.
