2021 U.S. Open Tickets: FAQs
When will a decision be made?

We are working with California health officials and local agencies to determine our path forward. We expect to be able to make a final decision by the end of April, and remain optimistic we’ll be able to have limited fans in attendance.

Have you stopped selling tickets?

At this time we are no longer accepting ticket purchases for the 2021 U.S. Open.

Why have you stopped selling tickets?

We have received overwhelming interest in attending the U.S. Open this year. While we remain optimistic that we will be permitted to welcome fans onsite, we believe it is appropriate to stop selling until we have more clarity.

Can I get a refund?

We remain optimistic that we will be able to host fans at this year’s championship. Should refunds become necessary due to limitations on how many fans we can accommodate, we will provide additional information at that time.

I purchased tickets through the secondary market, can I get a refund?

We recommend contacting the secondary market platform to inquire about their policies.

I am a volunteer. Will I still be able to work?

All volunteers should have received a communication regarding their status for the 2021 U.S. Open Championship. If you did not, please reach out to 2021usopen@usga.org.

What is your military policy?

We will have additional information on access for military and first responders in the coming weeks.

Who can I contact if I have questions?

Please send your questions to tickets@usga.org or via the USGA chatbot on usopen.com.
