How to Watch the 2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club

Next week, historic Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, in Southampton, N.Y., will host the 126th U.S. Open. NBC Sports and Versant will present over 200 hours of comprehensive coverage of the national championship across USA Network, NBC, Peacock, NBCSN and Golf Channel.

Pre-championship coverage begins Monday, June 15, at 3 p.m. ET with Golf Channel’s “Live From the U.S. Open.” The show will provide pre-and-post round coverage throughout the championship. 

In addition to four days of championship coverage on USA Network, NBC, Peacock, and NBCSN, viewers can also enjoy Featured Groups coverage each day of the championship, available on the USGA App, usopen.com, Peacock, YouTube TV, DirecTV, and Xfinity. There will be three morning and three afternoon featured groups each day of the championship. Moreover, for the second straight year, NBC Sports will utilize the Emmy Award-winning ARL Drone Tracing Technology for all championship coverage across NBC, Peacock, NBCSN, and USA Network. New this year will be predictive trace technology and wind predictor data, showcased during the NBC broadcast hours. 

First Round coverage on Thursday (June 18) will air on USA Network from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, followed by Peacock & NBCSN from 5-8 p.m. ET.  Friday’s (June 19) second round coverage will stream on Peacock and NBCSN from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET with NBC airing the broadcast from 1:30-7:30 p.m. On Saturday (June 20), USA Network will be live from 10 a.m. to noon ET; the broadcast will then continue on NBC from noon-8 p.m. ET. USA Network will start off Sunday’s (June 21) final round broadcast from 9 a.m. to noon ET; NBC will carry the torch to the finish, broadcasting the final round on Sunday from noon-7 p.m. ET. All hours on NBC will also simulcast on Peacock.  

Additionally, Sunday’s final hour of play (The Rolex Hour) will be commercial free Presented by Rolex. 

In addition to the golf coverage, the USGA App will provide live scoring, live streaming, videos, photos and other news from the championship.
