The nephew of U.S. Women's Open champion Pat Bradley qualified in the Columbus, Ohio, sectional, for a second consecutive year, shooting 8-under 136 at The Lakes Golf & Country Club and Brookside Golf & Country Club to garner one of the 14 available berths. Won the 2011 PGA Championship in a playoff over Jason Dufner at the Atlanta Athletic Club. He is one of four golfers to win a major title in his debut, joining Ben Curtis, Francis Ouimet and Willie Park Sr. Owns six professional victories, his last coming in the 2012 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club. Played his college golf at St. John's University. Was a competitive ski racer in Vermont before switching his allegiance to golf as a teenager. He won nine college events before turning pro in 2008. Member of 2012 and 2014 U.S. Ryder Cup Teams and 2013 U.S. Presidents Cup Team.
