Kimsey will make his U.S. Open debut after posting 14-under-par 140 on the Old and New Courses at Walton Heath Golf Club on May 18 to earn medalist honors. The DP World Tour member owns two professional victories, both coming on the European Challenge Tour. Kimsey was a member of the Great Britain & Ireland 2013 Walker Cup Team that competed at National Golf Links of America. He also won the 2013 Terra Cotta Invitational. The 2026 U.S. Open will be his second major-championship start, following a T-40 in The Open Championship in 2025. He turned professional in 2013.
