Final Qualifying: Shot 67-66--133 at Walton Heath Golf Club (Old and New Courses) in Surrey, England, on May 18

Celli, a former two-year player at Texas Christian University (2020-22), will make his U.S. Open debut after garnering one of the seven available spots in Surrey, England. He posted  11-under-par 133 on the Old and New Courses at Walton Heath Golf Club. Celli turned professional in 2022 after helping Italy claim a one-stroke victory over Sweden in the World Amateur Team Championship in France. He also won the 2022 European Amateur to earn an exemption into that year's Open Championship on the Old Course at St. Andrews, where he claimed the silver medal as the low amateur. Since turning pro, he owns one victory, the 2025 Dutch Futures on the European Challenge Tour. The U.S. Open will be his first major start as a professional.
