The Englishman will make his first U.S. Open start after being a late add to the field as the first alternate from the England final qualifier when Sahith Theegala withdrew on June 6. Jordan was involved in a 6-for-3 playoff for the final three spots at Walton Heath. He owns one victory since turning professional in 2018: the 2019 Italian Challenge Open Eneos Motor Oil on the European Challenge Tour. He currently competes on the DP World Tour. Jordan had a decorated amateur career that included representing Great Britain and Ireland in the 2017 Walker Cup at The Los Angeles Country Club and playing for England in the 2018 World Amateur Team Championship. He captured the St. Andrews Links Trophy in 2017 and the Lytham Trophy by nine strokes a year later.
