F-21: Top 60 point leaders and ties from the Official World Golf Ranking as of May 18

The former Wake Forest All-American, who attended the school on an Arnold Palmer Scholarship, will tee it up in his second U.S. Open, but first as a professional by being among the top 60 point leaders in the Official World Golf Ranking as of May 18. Brennan broke through for his maiden PGA Tour victory at the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship after receiving a sponsor's exemption into the field. It was his first start as a professional in a PGA Tour event. Brennan had turned professional a year earlier, earning status on PGA Tour Americas thanks to placing 12th in the PGA Tour University standings. He won three times in a six-week span on that circuit in 2025. By winning the Bank of Utah Championship, Brennan earned a two-year PGA Tour exemption. Brennan won the Genesis Open Collegiate Showcase in 2022 to earn a spot in the PGA Tour event at The Riviera Country Club, a course not far from The Los Angeles Country Club, where he competed in the 2023 U.S. Open after qualifying for the championship as an amateur. The Leesburg, Va., native was a member of the 2022 USA Palmer Cup Team. He also qualified for match play in the 2020 U.S. Amateur at Bandon Dunes.
