The Milton, Ga., resident posted 13-under 131 at Hawks Ridge Golf Club to earn his first U.S. Open start. Peacock was the American Athletic Conference's Player of the Year for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. He also finished No. 19 in the 2025 PGA Tour University standings. He previously played at Western Carolina, where he played one season (2021-22) and was named the Southern Conference's Player of the Year. He turned professional in 2025 and he currently plays on PGA Tour Americas. He's made one cut in three starts on the circuit in 2026. He produced two top-10 finishes in 10 starts on PGA Tour Americas in 2025.
